While Philly native Bradley Cooper tends to play a creepy bro on screen, he’s determined to charm us right out of our glass slippers in the new issue of Parade magazine.
The actor — whose new movie, “All About Steve,” opened Friday — credits his upbringing for making him a romantic when off the clock. “The truth is I got it first from my parents, who’ve been married since 1963,” he says. “I got it from them and from my grandparents who are still together. I grew up in a very old-fashioned Roman Catholic, Italian-Irish family in Philly.”
Philadelphia, there will be no happily ever after until someone reclaims this lost boy from Renee Zellweger, gets him in a tux, and snaps some overly-posed wedding pictures by the Art Museum. Get to it.
